				A graduate of Yale University’s Film Department, Derek Webster has spent years studying  the importance of narrative within both film and literature.  He has worked as the Director of Story & Development at Acme Talent & Literary, as well as consulting with a stable of successful writers on a freelance basis. The primary aim of Derek's work is to bring out a writer's own personal voice.  He prides himself on molding each approach around the strengths of the client and focusing his energies on the potentials that are already there.  This can be a very rewarding process, especially when a writer already has a pronounced vision and is willing to fully trust the creative process.
